Electrical Estates Officer

Electrical estates officer to join a local NHS foundation trust to ensure all Electrical works are complete.


Your new role
You will be required to work to targets and deadlines, ensuring all work is completed according to the correct legislation and requirements. You will be working alongside the facilities manager ensuring all the PPM, practices, schedules are all completed accordingly. You will be the main engineering monitoring the high voltage systems within the facility and grounds.

What you'll need to succeed
HNC or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services is essential
Experience with managing a team of engineers is highly desirable
Having past experience with being a high voltage authorised person is desirable but not required
You must have knowledge of modern building maintenance techniques and technical standards

What you'll get in return
up to £45,000
27 days holiday, which rising to 33 days after 10 years of service
37.5 hour working week
