Our client are an established multidisciplinary consultancy that have been established for over 20 years now, with offices spanning the country and They are looking for a time served Associate Electrical Engineer that can handle day to day operations and pioneer the building services division in to a new modern era! They work in a variety of sectors, so you will have to be a well-versed engineer and must have worked on some major schemes and able to handle projects of a large and complex nature. You will be tasked with growing the building services division in their Plymouth office and will be expected to grow the team of engineers there moulding them in to an innovative and talented team. You will have to be extremely technically capable and will still be expected to assist in the design of certain projects you will be expected to grow the client basis and manage the existing clients at the same time being very technically strong and helping carry the electrical team. You will have brilliant client facing skills and be a well-versed engineer having delivered projects from inception to completion throughout a number of sectors.
Associate Electrical Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience within a Building Services environment
- Degree or relevant equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- Ideally Chartered or working towards chartership
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Ability to mentor junior and intermediate engineers
- Good experience within a variety of sectors
- Able to create and deliver client presentations
- Good knowledge of a variety of different design software
