We're currently working directly with an end client that have embarked on a massive project, they're currently involved with a very large modular residential scheme and on the hunt for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team of professional within their East Leeds office. At the moment the office consists of over 120 professionals of varying background, from architects to civil and structural engineers and they're looking to employ over double this number in the next year to accommodate the project that they have taken on. At the moment this project is in its infancy so it would be a brilliant time to get involved with this company as there will be plenty of room for progression.
The successful Intermediate Mechanical Engineer will be well versed in the building services industry and have good knowledge of mechanical design for a variety of building types. You will have up to date knowledge of building regulations and legislation. You will be able to use a variety of design software specific to the building services industry. Ideally you will have seen a project from concept to completion however this isn't essential.
Intermediate Mechanical Engineer Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a mechanical design engineer within the building services industry
- Degree in Mechanical Engineer or Architectural Engineering
- Have experience using various design packages
- Show ambition and the desire to work in the industry
- Good knowledge of UK regulations and legislation
- Good knowledge AutoCAD
- Must have the right to work in the UK freely
