My client is a growing International Consultancy who currently employ 170 engineers across 6 offices – London, Newcastle, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Baku & Manila. By 2027 they are looking to be around 500 engineers worldwide and to facilitate this they are in the process of opening 9 more offices throughout Australia, America and the UK.
They are an employee focused organisation and offer a brilliant work / life balance. They provide the tools / resources to allow their engineers to design to the best capabilities and as a result have been awards 50 People Awards, 17 Projects Awards, 18 Company Awards and 3 Innovation Awards. In the last 28 months they have had only 1 person leave the business which speaks wonders of what they are doing.
Having opened their London office nearly two years ago and by bringing on a few strategic hires to develop relationships and win work, they are now going through a period of growth and as a result are looking for two Senior / Principal Mechanical Design Engineers to join their London office.
One of these roles is based within their Commercial team and the other is based within their Data Centre / Mission Critical team. Project wise you will be involved in both UK & International projects with the opportunity of travel over seas and even secondments to the other offices.
