Senior Mechanical Engineer (Building Services)

An award winning Building Services Consultancy with multiple offices throughout the UK are expanding and currently recruiting a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their Belfast office. Operating across a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, Leisure and Education, they are recognised as one the leading consultants who invest in their staff and retain some of the best engineers in the industry.

Your new role
You will be involved with developing engineering solutions from concept through to implementation stage. Being innovative in changing the design of buildings through a knowledge of Mechanical Building Services Engineering. Supervision and management of the detailed mechanical design, specification and BIM model production. Attending meetings and communicating with clients to establish their needs. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should ideally be degree qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, and have achieved or working towards Chartered status through either IMechE, CIBSE or an international equivalent. You should be competent and be able to design/deliver mechanical engineering solutions on major and/or complex projects. IES, CAD and Revit MEP experience would be beneficial.
