Associate Mechanical Design Engineer – Surrey
I am currently working with an International, multi-disciplinary consultancy in Surrey who are looking for an Associate Mechanical Design Engineer to join their vibrant and dynamic office.
Although based in Epsom you will be working within a national design team and work with designers throughout the UK and Globally. Sector wise you will be involved in Aviation, Cities, Commercial, Defence, Energy and Transportation projects.
Whilst working alongside some of the greatest minds in the industry you will be taking a lead role and delivering technically challenging projects. You will also be involved in bidding for opportunities with new and existing clients, be commercially responsible for the output of your team of engineers, undertake design reviews, appraisals and personal development plans with junior engineers and provide management and motivation towards thoughts around you.
For this Associate Mechanical Design Engineer opportunity, you will have experience working and leading large-scale projects, have a brilliant commercial awareness of projects, be capable of demonstrating good leadership skills and be a confident individual who can inspire others.
