Associate VT/Lift Consultant

Associate Lift/VT - to £60K + Car + Package (Pension/Medical) - London

Human Capital Solutions is working in partnership with an award winning, UK top 20 multi-discipline property and construction consultancy.

Their multi-discipline teams manage, design and oversee a range of property programmes from major commercial and mixed use developments to heritage buildings, hotels to motor racing circuits.

Their current client base includes some of the most influential property companies in the UK, as well as specialist investment, development and property owners.

As part of a succession plan they are looking to recruit an Associate level Lift/VT Consultant to join the business and lead the division into the future. The remit will be to grow the VT/Lifts division whilst working towards becoming a Partner within the company.

This role will include undertaking Dilapidations Studies and Condition Reports on all types of vertical transportation. Working closely with their Projects team to provide advice, project monitoring and specifications for refurbishment, new build and fit-out projects.

Additionally, the role will include tendering new Lift and Escalator maintenance contracts, auditing such contracts and providing day to day advice to the building management team on technical issues.
