Reporting to the Director of Estates, Facilities and Capital Development, the Assistant Director, Estates Infrastructure and Sustainability will be responsible for creating a culture of exceptional service delivery across a wide range of our critical operational functions. These include Engineering and Building Infrastructure, Maintenance Operations, Environment, Sustainability, Utilities and Energy Management.

This is an ideal role for professionals who enjoy taking a long-term strategic approach to estates operations in conjunction with the autonomy to drive day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will possess a proven record of accomplishment providing ‘best in class’ Estates ‘hard services’ across a comparable prestigious high-public footfall customer facing portfolio.  You will be an adept contract manager with strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing and performing effective supply chain in addition to directly employed teams. This role will suit professionals with a high level of personal credibility with demonstrable experience in engendering a culture of exceptional delivery at both an operational and strategic level. A proven track record in successfully managing change and transformation will be essential including devising and implementing innovative delivery models.

Standing as a Chartered Engineer would be desirable, Incorporated Engineer status and a background in technical maintenance will be essential.
