Revit MEP Technician

Our client is a well-established independent Building Services Consulting Engineers who have been established for over 18 years with an interesting varied client/project portfolio.

They provide clients with professional unbiased consultancy relating to all forms of building services including, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water services, lighting, power, data, fire alarms, security, CCTV, access control, renewable energy generation and incoming services network infrastructure.

Due to a rapid increase in their workload we are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Technician (Mechanical biased) to join their multi-disciplined team.

The successful candidate shall ideally have over 5 years Revit design experience within the Mechanical & Electrical Building Services sector.

Key attributes

•             Ability to take information from their Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health Design Engineers and create coordinated MEP Building Models using Revit.

•             Must be able to create Revit content and work both on your own and as part of a friendly team

•             Willingness to adapt to working in a small progressive practice and to be pro-active

•             Experience across various sectors including commercial, distribution, retail and residential

•             Strong ability to manage project workload both technically and commercially
