Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Global, MEP and Sustainability

Following a recent internal promotion, we are looking for an outgoing and ambitious Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.

We work on a range of projects including hospitality and leisure, commercial, master planning, education and regeneration and employ a diverse group of engineers, architects and environmental designers from varied cultural and professional backgrounds. At present around 40% of our projects are international and 60% are local UK projects, however at times this can flip the other way around; which ensures all of our engineers get to work on exciting and often completely unique low or zero carbon projects across the globe.

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will liaise closely with architects are design teams and use your passion and knowledge of low carbon buildings to really influence projects.

Although we still have a way to go, our benchmark is that the buildings we design should operate in use; as they were intended to during the early stage design process. To achieve this we combine sensible HVAC solutions with cutting edge building physics with BIM to ensure a truly integrated approach to MEP Design.

We are ideally looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer; however we would also consider a strong Intermediate who can step up into a Senior role within 12 - 18 months.
