Hays are working exclusively for a Specialist Building Services provider who are pushing the boundaries of integrated Building Management/Audio Visual and IT Systems working on some truly fascinating systems for world leading projects.

Your new role
The role of the BMS Design Manager is to oversee the development of high specification projects in the Super Prime Residential, Luxury Hotel and Blue Chip Commercial Office sectors throughout the UK and Ireland. You will manage a small team of design engineers, attend meetings on and off site and ensure projects are delivered to a high technical standard.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a solid background in BMS Design, be able to review design documentation and to be able to represent BMS in design meetings with contractors/consultancy practices. This role will require travel throughout UK and Ireland.
