Job Description and Key Responsibilities

Our client are seeking an Associate Commissioning Consultant to head their Building Performance Division located in London.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist the UK manager and UAE Building Performance Director in business development activities to generate multiple new work opportunities, for all disciplines provided by our client
  • Represent oyr client at Project meetings (site and office)
  • Delivery of projects to exemplar levels of quality, including promoting innovative new solutions such as Pre-commissioning in BIM, and cloud-based handover documents
  • Ensure client-based satisfaction through technical excellence and availability for discussions
  • Look for new opportunities from both a client and service perspective

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10 - 15 years' experience in Building Services, covering both Consulting and Commissioning roles
  • Degree qualified and a Member of a Chartered Professional Institute
  • You will be a highly organized effective communicator, with an interest in joining a growing business and contributing towards the successful growth and development of the company within a new market
  • You will be self-driven, strong individual and team management skills, capable of controlling teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring to ensure deadlines are met
  • You will demonstrate proven ability in carrying out MEP technical design and Commissionability reviews
  • You will be computer literate with industry standard programs for the role, and well versed with Standards and Codes including BS, CIBSE, BSRIA, ASHRAE, NFPA & NEBB, and possess excellent planning and organisational skills
