Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services.

The role

An award winning building services consultancy is looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, to be the project lead and involved with detailed design in a variety of sectors including; Education, commercial, retail, industrial, leisure and many more. Working closely in a team of other engineers, you will act as a supervisor to the junior engineers to who you will mentor and pass on your knowledge to show them what it takes to complete projects to a high standard. 

Alongside detailed design and mentoring engineers, you will also be working closely with a number of the companies key clients. It is important that you have the confidence and people skills, to confidently walk the client through the detailed design of the specific project. This is a role that will later grow into you making a name for yourself by exploring new business opportunities.

Requirements

- UK Building Services Experience.

- Experience in AutoCAD and Revit.

- Ideally chartered or working towards.

- Experience in seeing projects through to completion.
