Electrical Associate Director - Manchester

We are currently working with a well-established Building Services consultancy who have asked us to find them a dynamic and ambitious Associate Director to come and join them in their Manchester office

Our client has created a strong foothold for themselves in the North with them having strong base of engineers in Leeds. They have recently won quite a few projects within the residential and logistics sectors and are looking for a talented Electrical Associate Director to help propel them forward along side the current Director based in the Manchester office. You will work in tandem with the Leeds office helping deliver some of their projects. This doesn't have to be a client facing role in which you have to win work, but it would be advantageous if you showed an interest in this. Work that you are able to bring in will be awarded with 15% of its fee value so there is the chance to earn on top of your annual salary.

The successful candidate has to be electrically biased but will have an appreciation and strong knowledge of the other discipline. You will have excellent technical capabilities and will ideally have experience delivering projects from concept to completion and will be used to a client facing role with great stakeholder management skills. You will have experience of building your own teams of engineers and will have demonstrable experience of increasing revenue within your current position. You will be able to show that you have manged resources and financial output in your current position and will be able to hit the ground running in this position. You need to be highly ambitious with a real passion for engineering.
