Senior M&E Estimator

Great contractor in Bolton looking for Mechanically biased Estimator to work on labs.

Your new company
This is a family owned business that offers stability and security of workload. They specialise in working on labs mainly within education sector. Some of their clients include Liverpool John Moores University and Nottingham University. They are a friendly team and do offer flexible working hours.

Your new role
You will be working both from site and the office, delivering quotations and estimates for enquiries coming in and tendering for new jobs. You will be working closely with the company MD and will be delivering work unsupervised.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a HNC/HND in Building Services or equivalent and previous experience working as mechanical estimator. You will be able to deliver mechanical quotations and estimates for laboratories. Previous experience working on laboratories would be desirable but is not essential.

What you'll get in return
