The client that we are currently work with have been established for over a 50 years and work on some brilliant projects across the UK. They are currently looking for an ambitious and highly talented Electrical Associate Director to come and join their Birmingham office.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone that feels that they are stagnating in their current position and feels they can't climb the ladder any higher. My client is willing to look at Associates that may be ready to take the next step up in their career as well.

My client is looking for someone that is genuinely interested in the building services industry and has a legitimate passion for engineering. You would be given the opportunity to carry out projects as you see fit and run them in the way you think works best. They're looking for someone that isn't afraid to get stuck straight into some of their more major schemes while at the same time going out and winning schemes of their own. There is great potential to go further with this company and eventually to make it to partner as well.
