Director – Building Services – Birmingham
I have been retained by one of my key clients in Birmingham who are looking for a Director of Building Services to join their established team and help grow the offering and the office within the West Midlands area.
My client has an international offering with offices throughout Europe and the Middle East which has led to them working on and delivering some of the most prestigious projects whilst helping to shape major city skylines.
The Director of Building Services will need to have a presence within the local or surrounding market who will be able to grow my client’s current client base as well continue to develop relationships with the contacts that they already have. You will also be responsible for running an office of 15 engineers so having experience of this or something similar is very advantageous. This role isn’t for someone to just come in and take a back seat as they need this person to be proactive and hungry and wants to be a driving force to expand the offices remit with the backing of a brilliant brand.
This role has the capabilities to allow you to expand the reach of the office not to just the West Midlands, but to other areas within the Midlands and the Northern region. There is no ceiling or red tape to stop you.
By joining as a Director, you will have clear steps of progression to be able to join the Board of Directors and take a share within the company.
In return, my client can offer you a very generous and attractive base salary with a package including travel allowance and bonus.
