Freelance Gas Supervisor - £20 to £25 p/h - Public Sector - Start Date TBC

Hays Building Services, Leicester are seeking a Freelance Gas Supervisor / Manager to support one of our clients in the Public Sector based within the East Midlands.

Your new role
Our client solely works with housing stock, so you will responsible for Domestic Gas installations and maintenance. You will plan workloads for the gas engineers and provide technical support both on site and within the office when ordering parts. You will need to efficiently communicate with customers providing updates and dealing with complaints. It is essential that you are ensure that all health & safety standards are met, ensuring that all of the properties are up to date and adhering to all the relevant specifications and regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience with Domestic Gas will be hugely beneficial due to the nature of this role. You must be Gas Safe Registered and have an in-date certificate along with a relevant NVQ, HNC or HND qualification. Full Domestic ACS desirable but not essential. Experience of managing a team of Gas Engineers is also essential and you will be able to demonstrate your awareness and understanding of the regulations relevant to Domestic Gas.
