A leading multi-disciplined consultancy looking for a Principal Building Services Engineer (mechanical bias)
Your new company
My client is a leading multi-disciplined design consultancy based in south Birmingham, and are looking for an experienced Senior or aspiring Principal Mechanical Design Engineer. My client specialises in unique and interesting projects within the commercial and industrial sectors; but also excel in the smaller projects. Clients you will be working with include healthcare, infrastructure, manufacturers & education.
Your new role
You will be required to lead and grow the building services team, you will be working alongside the director of building services helping to promote the building services sector with the business group. You will be tasked with bringing and winning new projects along with maintaining the relationships with pre-existing clients. You will be responsible with delivering and managing the financial targets.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be qualified to degree or HND level
You will have a solid knowledge and working experience within the Building Services sector
Preferably you will chartered or working towards chartership
Experience with winning work and working on a the full life cycle of the project is required
