M&E Planner

National M&E Contractor looking for an M&E Planner to join their North West team.

Your new company
This is a large building services contractor with a national presence in the UK. They are currently working on commercial and education sector projects and are looking for an M&E Planner to come an join their team in the North West.

Your new role
The key aspect of this role is to plan, programme and monitor the progress of M&E services across a variety of projects in the commercial, education and healthcare sectors. You will be delivering a programme of works that outlines: pre-construction, construction and commissioning activities. You will be reporting on the progress of works as well as any variations to the project.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree or HNC/HND in Building Services or equivalent with post graduate experience working in the industry as an M&E/ Building Services Planner. You will be proficient with software such as Primavera and Asta Power Project.
