M&E Project Manager

A 6 month contract working as an M&E Project Manager on a large multi million pound project in Manchester.

Your new company
This is a global multi-disciplinary consultancy, with a global reach. They work across a range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, aviation and infrastructure. They are now working on one of UK's flagship projects that they need an additional help with.

Your new role
A 6 month contract for an M&E Project Manager in South Manchester. You will be working on a £1 billion programme to upgrade and reconfigure the mechanical and electrical assets, effectively improving global customer experience. It will be your role to work on projects up to the value of £50 million, deliver them within budget and on time. You will be responsible for planning the project delivery, scope of work, management of sub-contractors on site and report on the progress of work.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working as an M&E Project Manager in a live operational environment. Strong technical knowledge of MEP services squired either through practical experience or technical background with a degree in building services or equivalent.
