Buildings Co-ordinator required for 6 months +
Exciting client side opportunity

Your new company
I am looking for an experienced Buildings Co-ordinator on a short term basis.
A permanent opportunity will be available next year and you will have the opportunity to apply for this secure client side role.

Your new role
Reporting directing to the facilities manager, you will lead the building facilities team in the efficient and effective service delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, janitorial, porterage, security, central stores and mailroom services.

What you'll need to succeed
Completion of a recognised apprenticeship and training scheme with significant practical experience
Experience delivering hard facilities management services

Mechanical and Electrical experience backed up by recognised industry qualifications or demonstrable experience would be desirable.
