Senior/Associate Mechanical Engineer - London to £75K

Human Capital Solutions are currently seeking experienced Senior or Associate level Mechanical Design Engineers who can run and manage their own Mechanical Design projects from end to end.

Our client has spent the last 2 years a very is developing a unique brand in the M&E Design space. The business is led by an engaging and passionate individual with a hugely entrepreneurial mind-set and values heavily grounded in quality of project delivery whilst offering employees trust freedom to manage their own workload how it suits them.

Projects currently span across Commercial new build and fit-out, Hotels, Data Centre's and Residential Refurbishments, with a variety of clients including JLL, LSH, Knight Frank, Savills, BNP Paribas, GVA, Babcock, Met Police, London Fire Brigade, LSH Framework and Stace.

With a scope of works covering Detailed Design, Feasibility Studies, Performance Specifications and Development Monitoring of Contractors. You will work closely with Architects, Developers and Contractors delivering projects from concept to completion.

You will not be expected to undertake business development but if that's a skill-set you'd like to explore then great but essentially we require individuals who can manage a project from feasibility to completion.

Progression and career growth are very much on the table for those that want to climb the ladder, as the business is in its relatively early stages of development, a person who is ambitious would find the career path clear to grow with the business open but the company could also suit individuals who have found comfort in their current level of responsibility.

The business was established in the summer of 2017 and is already turning over significant fees with a healthy profit margin. We are now looking to add extra resource to facilitate the growth of the business in line with ongoing success project wins.
