Hays Building Services are currently working in partnership with one of Public Sector clients, who are seeking an outstanding individual who has a proven track record of leadership and delivery within the Electrical industry.

Your new role
You will have a clear sense of responsibility and focus with the ability to provide technical leadership. You will support the organisations Compliance team and be responsible for directly managing a team of Electrical Engineers on rewire installations, upgrades and programme of Inspection and testing. Ideally you will have experience in budget monitoring and contract management from inception to completion.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will be suitably qualified and experienced with a recognised apprenticeship in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, with City &Guilds 2391-52 level 3 or equivalent together with City & Guilds 2382- 18th Edition accreditation. Experience within a Electrical Supervisor role for a public sector organisation would be ideal, however previous experience working for an organisation who deal with repairs and maintenance of housing stock would suffice.
