Your new company
This established engineering design consultancy works out of several UK offices, including their highly profitable base in central London. Typical work includes super-prime residential, high-profile arts and culture buildings, boutique hotels, and a wide variety of other work where attention is required to solve complex engineering challenges. An advanced BIM process has become critical in delivering efficient and profitable projects, and they have developed and accredited Revit training programme to create capable BIM engineers. The office is brand new after a recent relocation and is staffed by a friendly and dynamic engineering professionals.

Your new role
You will join a high-performing team of MEP designers, and will design mechanical systems for complex buildings projects. You will be responsible for performing necessary calculations to support the design process, equipment specification, update design models in Revit, attend client meetings, and visit live sites.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience as a mechanical design engineer of building services, preferably with a project history of quality residential, hospitality, or commercial buildings. You will have excellent attention to detail, and be able to maintain the high standards of an established and respected business. You will have a relevant engineering qualification and be interested in gaining Chartered status.
