Revit MEP Technician

We are currently seeking a Revit MEP Technician to join an award-winning engineering consultancy on a permanent basis in Basingstoke. Our client works across a variety of project types, primarily on the electrical side, but are looking to expand into the mechanical market as well and are looking for a Revit MEP Technician to help drive the expansion of their office.

The selected Revit Technician will have a variety of roles and responsibilities, including the production and development of detailed Revit models and drawings, assisting with the change and coordination of drawings, and ensuring all work meets the required quality and standards. You will also be responsible for helping develop and implement Revit throughout the business and coordinating accurately with other disciplines.

The essential skills experience and attributes required for this role include:

• Proven experience with Revit modelling and MEP Coordination
• Strong Building Services background
• Experience working on a variety of project types
• Knowledge of other industry software, such as Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Strong technical and analytical abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines
