Senior CAD / Revit MEP Technician

A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior CAD Technician to join a leading building services consultancy in Oxford.

This is a critical role for the business and will involve the production of BIM models and CAD drawings for the office, which incorporates a team of engineers working across the building services sector.

Working alongside the engineers, you will take on the responsibility for producing 3D models using Revit MEP and also the CAD drawings using AutoCAD. As such, we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

Specifically within Revit MEP you will have:

• Experience of family creation
• Good knowledge of using worksets
• Ability to monitor and copy grids and levels
• Strong understanding of view templates

The role carries a BIM element to it so someone who can understand BIM standards and apply these on building services projects is key.

This is a great opportunity for a BIM or Revit MEP Technician to take on a role with additional responsibilities and a clearly defined career path. You will also take on the responsibility for mentoring junior technicians.
