Performance & Design Manager (Mechanical)

Permanent role for a design and performance manager working client side in Manchester.

Your new company
This is a large company with a varied portfolio of properties, retail stores, data centres, banks and funeral homes. You will be working alongside an engineering team that provide expertise and support for the group. They own over 4000 properties across the UK and so you will be looking after this portfolio driving innovation for current and new built developments.

Your new role
Working client side you will be the subject matter expert within mechanical services, especially within water hygiene. You will be liaising with consultancies, checking and signing off the designs delivered by them. In this role you will use your communication skills to educate and deliver a case for future investment. You can have your own say in future development offering your expertise and knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with chartership status or on the way to becoming chartered. You will need to have great communication skills and not be afraid to put your ideas forward. Having a background working for large companies with a varied portfolio of properties would be ideal.
