A well renowned national building services consultancy who have a fantastic reputation for employing some of the best engineers in the industry and looking for a Lead M&E Surveyor to work with some of their clients within the education, commercial and leisure sector. Within this role you will manage a team of M&E Surveyors and small works design engineers on project portfolios across the south east, carrying out engineering asset surveys. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leaders in the industry in engineering consultancy, with the opportunity to become a Partner of the business. The right candidate will hold the below experience:

• Experience leading a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers/ Surveyors
• Worked in a client facing role
• Worked within a building consultancy
• At least 8 years experience within the engineering consultancy market.
• Technical Engineering background
