M&E Asset Surveyor

3 Month Contract

Scotland

We are recruiting for an experienced M&E Asset Surveyor to come and work with our client on a 3-month rolling contract in Scotland. This position will be to work on an NHS hospital site in Scotland, due to there being multiple positions the site location will be discussed at interview stage to best suit you. Our client is a growing consultancy working on mainly hospital new builds and refurbishments.

Duties:
Duties will involve visiting the site and producing a detailed evaluation on all the M&E systems

    building services HVAC electrical distribution and lighting within the facility Emergency systems

You will be expected to carry out asset and dilapidation as well as condition surveys, verification and data collection. You will have exemplary technical knowledge when it comes to both mechanical and electrical systems and engineering disciplines. You'll be able to work autonomously, reporting back to the directors to ensure a smooth information stream.
