Senior Mechanical Engineer
Our client is an already established consultancy having just opened a new office in Leicester and looking to build a strong team of M&E Engineers to work on some of their existing projects. This consultancy does a lot of work with the NHS so a large portion their work Is hospital new builds and refurbishments. However, work wont only be limited to hospitals as there is work in the pipeline in varying sectors that will ensure you don't get pigeonholed doing one thing. You will be working underneath the M&E Director and will be expected to work with other disciplines throughput the business.
Our client is currently looking for a talented well versed Senior Mechanical Engineer to come and join in Leicester working under the M&E Director. This role will be partly working from home and partly working from their newly built office. They are looking for someone that is extremely technical capable when it comes to the design of mechanical systems within a variety of building types however if you have experience in hospitals that would be a bonus. You will need to be an outgoing and approachable character that has a good client facing manner. You will also be able to manage a small team when the Director is not in the office. This role would suit someone who would be interested in helping grow a budding M&E team and someone with a good network of contacts in the midlands.
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 10 years design experience in the building services industry Seen projects from concept to completion CEng or working towards Ability to manage own workload Experience mentoring more junior members of staff
