Our client is a well renowned building services lead, multi disciplined engineering consultancy who are looking for an experienced M&E director to join their Birmingham office. Due to secured workload and expansion within the company, the ideal candidate will be someone local to area who is currently or has previously worked within the same position within the Midlands area. 

This consultancy have expanded by over 50% in the last 12 months and are looking to continue in this rapid expansion. With already a very healthy workload in place they are now looking to bolster their Management team by hiring a Director to lead this office and ensure technical output is to standard, client relationships are upheld and the expansion is continued. With this vacancy there is also the plan for this person to become an equity holding Director within the next 2-3 years. 

M&E Director Personal Requirements:

• Degree related to Building Services

• Held a similar position in previous roles

• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the Building Services industry

• Must be Chartered

• Full knowledge of building regulations/ legislation

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Brilliant client management skills

• Leadership characteristics

• Good working knowledge of a variety of design software

• Full UK driving license
