Senior Building Services Engineer
Our client has been established for 20 years and have become one of the UK's leading independent companies within facilities management. They have built a strong team of professionals from varying disciplines from multiple locations across the country. They are currently looking for a Senior Building Services Engineer to come and join their Birmingham team.
They are looking for an experienced building services engineer with good knowledge of wide engineering systems. The successful engineer will be expected to carry out audits, prepare and present reports. You will have good experience managing financial deliverables of a project. You will have a working knowledge of Autocad and Hevacomp. You will be expected to provide technical management and advisory services to the portfolio of clients.
Senior Building Services Engineer Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical engineering or building services
- CEng and ideally industry accredited qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in the building services industry
- Excellent knowledge of Building Services systems throughout a variety of building types
- Experience working independently
