Your new company
A building services specialist consultancy who have practised for over 50 years. With a renowned focus of detailed design they now boast a long list of repeat clients. The Commercial Fit out team within their London office is currently seeking a full time intelligent Building Consultant / Engineer.
Your new role
Contribution to the clients constant developing knowledge and experience in the technology to support the Intelligent Buildings space. Leading design of intelligent building systems, location sensing and integrated solutions (IT, AV etc). Designs will need to interface with third party IP technologies including: BMS, Security, AV, IT, Lighting and other MEP services.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience designing and deploying intelligent buildings within a commercial environment, ideally with a building services consultancy in the UK. Understanding of Passive Structured Cabling, Active LAN networks and AV and Multimedia. Ideally you will be confident taking a lead role on projects when regarding intelligent building design.
