Building Services Asset Management Consultant - London to £50K + Pkg

Due to growth, they are now looking for a Building Services Asset Management Consultant for their London office. Due to Covid-19 you'll initially be working remotely, however, when it is safe to do so you will then start working in their London office.

You will be expected to undertake and deliver:

  • M&E Condition Surveys & Reports
  • PPM Schedules
  • Dilapidation Reports

Candidates will also need to have experience of Life Cycle Costing and maintenance standards.
