6 month contract for a maintenance surveyor working with a housing association.
Your new company
A housing association who owns and manages over 1000 properties across Greater Manchester. They own new
build and refurbished properties as well as managing a number of supported living properties across GM.
Your new role
This is a role for a maintenance surveyor with experience working for a registered provider or a housing association as a maintenance surveyor. You will be managing the maintenance service, carrying out surveying and project management function.
What you'll need to succeed
Having worked for a registered provider and/or housing association you will also be able to use relevant housing management software, such as Aeron QL, Northgate SX3 or equivalent.
What you'll get in return
This is a 6 month contract that may be extended or offered to you as a permanent opportunity.
