Electrical Associate Director (leading to Director)

They have a team of talented and passionate engineers enabling them to offer the highest level of consulting engineering services, they take pride in their work and embrace new and evolving ideas around low carbon, sustainable and energy efficient buildings.

Due to work load they are currently looking to add an Electrical Associate Director to the team to take a lead on projects, manage project teams, develop their Business Development skill set and be a key point of contact with existing and established clients, many of which are leading architects. The short term development path is for the Electrical Associate Director to work towards becoming a full Director and shareholder within the business within an agreed time frame.

It is rare to find an opportunity, with such clear development path within an established and well run business who offer the successful candidate exposure to a long-term, established client base. The business currently has a secured work load/projects for the next three years and the business will look to continue its growth with the addition of further production level engineers as new projects land.
