Electrical Associate £70 to £80K + Full autonomy and no glass ceiling.

Hit a glass ceiling?

I'm looking for an Electrical Associate for a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy based in Zone 1. As a key part of the Senior Management board have full autonomy over the electrical team and have a significant influence into the future direction of the firm.

You'll work directly with end user clients as you lead the Electrical team to design, plan, manage and deliver projects across the UK.

Current projects ranging from £5M to £150M and include major new builds and also complex upgrade, extension or refurbishment projects.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified and preferably Chartered.
  • Minimum of eight years' experience working for a mult-disciplinary or building services consultancy.
  • Previous experience seeing projects from inception to construction.
  • Able to manage a team, mange projects and mange client's expectations.
