Electrical Associate - To £75K + Package + Equity + Autonomy

Due to succession planning I've been retained by a global, building services and sustainability consultancy to find them an Electrical Associate for their London office.

Ideally, they would like someone who is currently at Principal level who can step up into their first Associate role.

You'll manage a team of six electrical Engineers (Principals, Seniors, Engineers and Graduates) and get to work with well-known architects on interesting UK and international projects. Current projects include 5-star hotels, net zero carbon masterplans, low energy universities and a few super-prime residential developments.

You'll have full autonomy to develop the electrical team and the London office and have a clear path to an equity director role within the next three years.

They have always believed in quality and consistency of delivery over quantity; and have grown steadily over the past decade with multiple offices now based across the UK.

They offer a design led, non-corporate working environment and do have a flawless reputation within the built environment.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with at least 8 years' experience as a consultant.
• Broad range of project experience to include high-end residential, hotels, mixed-use developments and listed buildings.
• Excellent conceptual design skills and experience with renewables.
• Able to lead a team, lead projects and develop rapport with clients.
