BIM Manager (M&E)

An award winning Building Services Consultancy with multiple offices throughout the UK are expanding and currently recruiting an M&E BIM Manager to join their Belfast office. Operating across a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, Leisure and Education, they are recognised as one the leading consultants who invest in their staff and retain some of the best engineers in the industry.

Your new role
You will be a critical leader in driving the Revit MEP/BIM capability and implementing common methodologies, processes and standards. You will develop and assist in the integration of Revit MEP/BIM standards, as well as enforce Revit MEP/BIM documentation and workflow process standards. You will be heavily involved in the company's BIM Focus Group and will create written technology evaluations and budgets for future technology adoption that aligns with the corporate goals.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in MEP design, drafting or engineering. Must have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions with emphasis on project sheet setup. You will have a detailed understanding and thorough business knowledge of the Building Services Engineering field.
