BIM Technician
Up to £35,000
Newcastle
Our client is a fully established multidisciplinary consultancy and is currently looking to employ the help of a Revit Technician into their Newcastle office to work with the Building Services team. They have seen a real uptick in work over the last few months after a brief pause despite the pandemic. Due to obvious reasons, they are all currently working from home but have said that when things ease, they will be operating with a much higher degree of flexibility and will allow for much more home working to accommodate their staff's needs.
This person will get the opportunity to work on some projects that vary from large commercial schemes with contract values in the millions to more technically challenging projects like healthcare facilities and blue light buildings
As the successful Revit Technician, you will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position and will have proven capability with Revit MEP and ideally with have some experience with Navis works and Dynamo. you will have experience producing detailed, coordinated service models to a high level of detail and will have been in a position where you have liaised collaboratively with engineers on projects.
