Electrical Coordinator based in Warrington working in the Utilities sector offering up to £25,000
Your new company
You will be joining an expanding company who do to overseas investment are going through a period of growth nationally looking to expand the business with up to 100 people over the next 6-12 months. They are a national utilities company. They are looking for an Electrical Coordinator based in Warrington to work directly for the Tendering Team Manager as part of the Commercial Team.
Your new role
- You will coordinate and manage electrical value tenders throughout the UK.
- Work closely and liaise with Third Party ICPs (The Client) throughout the electrical Value tender process.
- Understanding and interpreting technical electrical information provided by The Client to produce technically compliant and competitive Value tender offers.
- Liaise with the sales and design department throughout the tender process as required.
- Ensure that Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental issues are at the forefront of all that you do.
- Work closely with The Client to ensure the company delivers on their requirements and manages their expectations.
- Contribute to the Commercial and Design Team and wider teams to offer advice and share knowledge
- Prepare an accurate financial estimate based upon Client information by inputting electrical data into the calculator used.
- Prepare an offer letter.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have knowledge and ideally experience within the electrical utilities sector. You may have a HNC or degree in electrical engineering and looking for a foot in the door with a growing company.
Or you may have experience of working within the Electrical Distribution Industry in a technical administrative role. Ideally have experience of working closely with DNOs and IDNOs.
