Our client is an already established consultancy and looking to continue building a strong team of M&E Engineers to work on some of their existing projects. This consultancy has work in the pipeline within varying sectors that will ensure you don't get pigeonholed doing one thing. You will get to work in a strong M&E team of around 30 people and will get to deliver some brilliant projects that are well documented. This role will initially be working from home due to the current climate, but they are excited to see people back In the office as things ease. However, the pandemic has changed how they operate, and they will now be allowing a great deal more flexibility for their engineers when it comes to working from home. They are looking for someone that is extremely technical capable when it comes to the design of mechanical systems within a variety of building types. You will need to be an outgoing and approachable character that has a good client facing manner. You will also be able to manage a small team when the Director is not in the office. This role would suit someone who would be interested in helping grow a budding M&E team and someone with a good network of contacts in the local area.

Principal Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements:
Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 8 years design experience in the building services industry
Seen projects from concept to completion
CEng or working towards
Ability to manage own workload
