BREEAM Assessor
Bristol
Up to £35,000
Our client is a growing boutique consultancy that has awards for projects they've completed. They are around 10 strong and currently looking to add to the team with a talented and well-rounded BREEAM Assessor. This person will have the benefit of getting to work on a plethora of projects as they work in a wide variety of sectors from; commercial, education, healthcare, fit-out and even small bespoke projects.
The bulk of the BREEAM Assessor role will be;
- BREEAM Assessments Non-Domestic Energy Assessments SAP/SBEM Calculations Energy and Sustainability Statements
BREEAM Assessor requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role Qualified BREEAM Assessor Experience completing BREEAM assessments (Ideally across multiple building types) Knowledge of Part L Building Regulations
