Associate Sustainability Consultant
Our client is one of the leading Consultancies in the country known for delivering some of the most notable and well publicised projects. They boast a clientele of large blue-chip organisations, their sustainability team spans 4 of their offices and work collaboratively on a range of projects in the UK and internationally. They are currently looking for an accomplished, confident and extremely technically capable Associate Sustainability Consultant to join their Newcastle team.
The successful Associate Sustainability Consultant will be used to leading building performance simulation and energy related workstreams, using a range of modelling approaches, tools and techniques. You will have held positions where you have been involved with the development to more junior members of staff. You will play a part in the development of energy strategies with our clients to lead sustainability innovation on a series of development types/ sectors. You will ideally have experience with business development and be able to manage stakeholders accordingly.
Your key work streams will be;
- Building physics and parametric model services Building performance and operational energy optimisation Certification and compliance Health and wellbeing advice and guidance Net zero carbon services Sustainability design services Sustainable Strategy and Governance
Associate Sustainability Consultant Requirements:
- Msc in relevant field 7 years in a similar position within a consultancy Knowledge of parametric design Knowledge of energy and carbon strategies Knowledge of building regulations Part L assessments Ideally CEng or CEnv Advantageous if you have working knowledge of Revit Ideally accredited Passive Haus Designer Advantageous if you have experience implementing Zero Carbon strategies
