Your new company
A well-established International Building Services Consultancy with offices located across the UK and Europe are seeking to appoint a Junior Electrical Design Engineer to join their team. This practice has been providing market leading engineering services for end-user Clients, Developers, Main Contractors and Design and Build / PPP Contractors.
Your new role
The successful engineer will carry out design of Electrical Building Services for Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Leisure, Residential and Retail Projects. Produce briefs, specifications, design drawings, survey work & cost estimates. Liaise with clients and other design disciplines and attend design teams/site meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
This permanent role is open to Junior/Intermediate Electrical Engineers who are degree qualified, have excellent communication skills with 2 years post grad design experience within the building services industry. You must be IT literate in all Microsoft & CAD systems and be comfortable dealing with clients, architects and other related groups. Applications will also be considered from electrical time served trades with strong AutoCAD skills.
