Our client is a prestigious Multidisciplinary consultancy with multiple office across the UK. They have navigated the pandemic well without making any redundancies or furloughing any members of staff and are now looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join their London office. Although due to obvious reasons all staff are working from home at this moment in time. This consultancy put a real focus on delivering sustainably viable projects and are leading the way in creating carbon neutral buildings.
The successful Sustainability Consultant will be responsible for project delivery for the key work streams which involve:
- Building physics and parametric model services Building performance and operational energy optimisation Certification and compliance Net zero carbon services Sustainability design services Sustainable Strategy and Governance
- EDSL TAS thermal modeller. Completed EDSL Training CourseSAP calculations using Elmhurst Design SAP 2012Thermal Overheating assessment TM52 or TM59Building compliance assessments (Part L) throughout all RIBA stagesDaylight simulations for Part
