Our client a €400m turnover international contractor involved in pharmaceutical, industrial, datacentre and commercial projects in Europe, Ireland and the UK require a M&E Quantity Surveyor with a good understanding of project planning, execution and contractual awareness. The desired candidate will be suitably qualified with a 2-4 years Quantity Surveying experience within M&E related discipline.

Your responsibilities will include measurement take offs from plan drawings and isometrics to produce fully priced bills of quantities, hours and material costs including tracking costs , labour, project spent versus earned schedule for various work packages etc. You will also be responsible to carry out full construction take offs and prepare construction cost plan, cost report submissions, subcontract packages for procurement, valuation and agreement of certification, cash flow submissions while agreeing final account for work package managing through to final account.

The client offer a very competitive basic salary with package with the scope of working on European projects and locations. The role would be suitable for professionals who can live, travel and work in the EU with no visa restrictions
