Mechanical Contracts Manager - Exciting opportunity to join a leading M&E contractor within the South West.

Your new company
Our client is a respected M&E contractor in Wiltshire. They deliver mechanical and electrical services to the building services industry. They carry out installation and maintenance, alongside fire/security services on domestic and commercial projects. They pride themselves on providing a quality service & customer satisfaction and therefore a large proportion the work they deliver comes from word of mouth and repeat business. They work at every stage from design to install, through to maintenance & repair.


Your new role
As the (Building Services) Mechanical Contracts Manager you'll be responsible for managing multiple mechanical projects across a variety of clients, with involvement in ordering materials, liaising with various stakeholders. You will be managing projects valued between £1m - £5m. The organisation offer a full building services package from Design & Installation through to servicing & maintenance. The nature of the projects are high-end residential as well as commercial & education. You will oversee a team of direct and sub-contracted labour.



What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record in delivering mechanical projects. With extensive experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, with experience gained within a similar role. Alternatively, you may be a mechanical project engineer, looking to progress your career. Tender, bid and first stage interview experience preferred.


What you'll get in return
Depending on level of experience the salary is likely to be circa £40-£45k + Benefits
