Snr / Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager required for a growing and busy M&E contractor in Warwickshire

Your new company

You will be working for an organisation that has thrived during the last 12-18 months due to a large number of public sector projects and continued work in these sectors. The organisation is a family run organisation with a turnover of 5M.

Your new role

The role is a Mechanical Project Manager who is able to take control of full mechanical project from start to finish and ideally have experience in the management of CHP installations. The duties and responsibilities include, arranging & managing contractors, material purchasing, working to program and ensuring the project is delivered on time and budget.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have had experience in the mechanical building services industry and be capable of running multiple mechanical projects at once. Values can be between 50-2M. You will ideally have a HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Mechanical Services. Experience of combined heat and power networks is also a must for the role.

What you'll get in return

There is an excellent salary of up to 55K plus a 5K car allowance on offer, pension, holidays. You will be working with full control on your jobs and have the support of a small office team. There is free parking at the office.
